Peanuts pack a serious nutritional punch with vitamin E, niacin, folate, protein and manganese. The legume is also a good source of mono-saturated fat and heart-protective antioxidants.

The Skinny

Per 20-ounce serving:

  • 485 cal
  • 21.5 g fat
  • 48 g carbs
  • 7 g fiber
  • 32 g protein
Total time: 5 minutes

Ingredients

2 scoops DailyBurn Fuel-6 in chocolate
1 cup unsweetened almond milk, soy milk or skim milk
1 banana
2 tablespoons peanut butter
3-5 ice cubes

Preparation
