Papaya Ginger Smoothie Recipe

Serves 1

The Skinny

Per 16-ounce serving:

  • 181 cal
  • 1 g fat (0 g sat)
  • 39 g carbs
  • 102 mg sodium
  • 4 g fiber
  • 8 g protein
Total time: 10 minutes

Ingredients

1 ½ cups papaya, chilled and cut into chunks
1 cup ice
½ cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
2 teaspoons fresh ginger, peeled and chopped
Juice of half a lemon
1 teaspoon agave nectar
Leaves from one sprig of mint

Preparation

  1. Blend papaya, ice, yogurt, ginger, lemon juice, agave nectar and mint in a blender until desired consistency is reached.
